Cancellation and Refund Policy Agreement

 

This Cancellation and Refund Policy Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Daizo Media Solutions Private Limited ("Daizo Media," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you" or "customer") for the digital marketing services provided by Daizo Media.

 

1. Cancellation Policy:

 

1.1 *Cancellation by Customer:* You may cancel our digital marketing services by providing written notice to Daizo Media. The cancellation will be effective upon receipt of your written request.

 

1.2 *Cancellation Charges:* If you cancel our services after the commencement of the agreed-upon period, you may be subject to cancellation charges. The specific charges and conditions will be outlined in your service agreement.

 

1.3 *Cancellation by Daizo Media:* We reserve the right to cancel our services if you violate the terms of our agreement or for any other valid reasons. In such cases, you may not be entitled to a refund as outlined in the refund policy.

2.1 *Refund Eligibility:* Refunds are applicable under specific conditions, such as if Daizo Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or if the services are not meeting the performance standards outlined in the service agreement.

 

2.2 *Refund Process:* To request a refund, you must submit a written request to Daizo Media, specifying the reasons for the refund. We will review your request and, if deemed eligible, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

 

2.3 *Refund Amount:* The refund amount, if approved, will be determined based on the proportion of services not delivered or not meeting the agreed-upon standards.

 

Miscellaneous:

 

3.1 *Force Majeure:* Daizo Media shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.

 

3.2 *Amendments:* Daizo Media reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy Agreement at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you through written notice.
